Pennsylvania Gaming Regulator Renews Valley Forge Casino Resort License
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board users selected to renew Valley Forge Casino Resort’s gaming license wednesday. The place is found in Upper Merion, Montgomery County.
The seven board members voted unanimously in support of the renewal, pointing out that Valley Forge Convention Center Partners LP, the gambling operator responsible for the casino, had satisfied the terms of its initial permit. This is why the casino business had been provided another three-year license.
Valley Forge first received authorization to work the Montgomery County gambling location in 2011. The casino launched doors in March 2012.
To make its final decision, their state gambling regulator held two public hearings. The first one took place in Upper Merion some time ago. The latter was held yesterday in Harrisburg and board users questioned casino staff, neighborhood officials, users of district, also Pennsylvania police and gambling officials during it.
All of them got the chance to offer their testimony concerning the real way the casino is operated along with about the effect this has on the Upper Merion community as well as on the state all together.
As mentioned above Valley Forge Casino Resort opened doors for site visitors back in March 2012. Since its launch, this has generated gross income of more than $340 million from both dining table games and slot machines showcased during the venue. And has now contributed a little lower than $140 million in gaming taxes to Pennsylvania. Continue lendo “Pennsylvania Gaming Regulator Renews Valley Forge Casino Resort License”
