A massive feud has erupted over a brand new policy Amnesty Overseas is considering suggesting the decriminalization of intercourse work. A large band of a-listers, including Lena Dunham, Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, and Anne Hathaway, has accompanied along with other businesses in decrying the proposition, framing it as calling for “the decriminalization of pimps, brothel owners, and buyers of sex — the pillars of a $99 billion international intercourse industry.”
The problem is a contentious one.
The core of Amnesty’s argument is the fact that criminalizing intercourse work produces barriers that are additional intercourse employees to conquer the difficulties which will have forced them into intercourse work or that prevent them from making it, all while needlessly stigmatizing all those who have ever involved in it.
